Melinda B. Parrish is Executive Vice President and Lead Business Consultant for Parrish, Brumfield & Associates (PBA).  After a successful career spanning two decades of high profile corporate and industrial counsel, Melinda became a full partner in Parrish, Brumfield & Associates in 2008.  No stranger to our firm, Melinda was a founding principal of PBA back in the early 90s and helped Parrish, Brumfield & Associates begin its initial thrust in the Atlanta market.  She continued to serve in an advisory role at PBA while sharing her leadership and business acumen skills at other firms.

At PBA, Melinda is responsible for leading the business development team and serves as lead consultant to our ever-growing field of commercial enterprises clients.  She is a leader in the construction consulting industry for business, government, healthcare, and education.  Among her multi-faceted skills, Melinda is a title insurance expert and has guided some of the nation's largest companies in obtaining adequate and appropriate title insurance for major real estate acquisitions.

Melinda brings a broad base of knowledge and skills to every client-driven project at PBA.  Prior to returning to Parrish, Brumfield & Associates, she served as Vice President of Commercial Accounts for the Atlanta Office of Fidelity National Title Company. Her responsibilities there included strategic marketing and business development activities for the firm including ongoing client services. Parrish was a million dollar club award winner closing over a million in cash profit transactions to her Atlanta office in 2007.

Her broad background includes positions as Vice President of Business Development for HKS, Inc. in Atlanta where she effectively managed the office’s efforts to capture new design business throughout the southeastern United States.  Melinda also served as Business Development Manager at Winter Construction in Atlanta where she successfully enhanced the company’s strong position in the education K-12 market.  Prior to her work with Winter Construction, Melinda served as business development associate in the highly respected architectural and engineering firms of Eberly & Associates and Pruitt Eberly Stone.

Parrish is an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals. In addition, she is involved with community efforts serving on the Board of Directors for St. Judes in metro Atlanta. She has been a major volunteer and fundraiser for Northside Athletic Foundation as well as the Charter Autism Foundation.  Melinda works tirelessly as a member of the Georgia Economic Development Association, the Great Exchange and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
